MARY BETH LEE
PART OF MY STORY.
My career began in customer service where I was able to apply my BA in Communications. I then took the leap to outside sales which gave me tremendous experience and the confidence to know that I can take risks and go for what I love.
Nothing was off limits.
I realized that my communication skills, innate organization and working in a story telling mode was my sweet spot.
I adapted my sales experience and pivoted to sponsorship sales/fulfillment which led me to the ideal pathway…the opportunity to create experiences that move people… special events.
To share a story, communicate a need and connect people. It was that simple.
This formula can be inserted in a variety of situations. Whether I am planning a nonprofit gala for 1,000 donors, a corporate day long conference, or working on a marketing campaign to reach new prospects, the same result is desired. People want a memorable experience, they want to leave with information they didn’t have before and they want to feel valued.
It was obvious to do my job well, I had to understand the full scope of what it takes to reach an “audience” and the best ways to connect.
I must be relevant. I need to continue to be a student of learning and mastering marketing techniques so that together we can accomplish the goals and make a difference.
This is what I do.
Each project is personalized to the client. Active listening and strategic planning with teams of leaders, to uncover the desired goal, this is what we do.
I surround myself with a diverse and seasoned team. We compliment each others skills so the client benefits in all aspects.
This team approach overflows to the other professionals we work with. I’m continually impressed by the creative and knowledgeable industry leaders we surround our projects with in NE Ohio.
It goes without saying that we love what we do and we look forward to the next project. The landscape is always changing and so is our game plan.
Clients hire JOBEE because we are project managers. We enable our clients to focus on their roles and maintain day to day responsibilities.
Let’s connect. We want to learn more about your organization and how we can add to your success.
